Introducing Intrepid and Minimo
Einstein Medical proudly unveiled 52 new sites in the third quarter of 2017, 10 of which were created using our two newest Thesis themes, Intrepid and Minimo.
In keeping with the essence of our Thesis themes, our two latest additions are carefully constructed to deliver a compelling message in a sleek, no-nonsense vessel that meets the expectations of today’s consumers on the go while never sparing an opportunity to communicate the necessary glimpse into the client’s personality.
Intrepid is a bold design that places a large, simple newsprint-style typeface against a clean white background. When viewed on a smartphone, mobile gaming device, or tablet, the text is formatted for maximum size that spans the full width of the screen for exceptional readability. As the user scrolls from top to bottom, a handy navigation bar follows along at the top, ready to take you to any desired page within the site, or put you directly in touch with the practice.
Intrepid keeps the color scheme of the framework simple. Aside from high-resolution images of the practice and staff, affiliate logos, and other media, Intrepid sticks to black, white, and one of eight other colors of the client’s choosing. The result is an attractive and sophisticated layout built to inform, persuade, and convert. Dentist Robert Hessberger’s site, for example, uses this motif to give the many before-and-after images and other media prominence while avoiding a dull or sterile layout in the surrounding space.
Minimo makes use of a large, rounded typeface that is mostly presented against a white backdrop, but this theme offers a broader palette of color combinations. As the user scrolls through the content, text is presented against varied blocks of color that maintain the same level of legibility. The color of the typeface varies in order to provide the best complement to the backdrop. This configuration is put to brilliant use on the site of dentist Julie Liberman, where a hero image of a family smiling against a wood grain backdrop is beautifully offset by banners of creme brulee.
