Important tips on how to manage your reputation online. It was great! Very valuable info - especially now that the internet has been gathering info for so long.
I learned some valuable tools for tracking my reputation online, as well as names of sites which were unknown to me. I thought the suggestion of having a plan in place to deal with negative online reviews was excellent. I do believe it is better to be proactive with regards to my online reputation rather than reactive.
