Letter of Praise For a Job Well Done
Danielle Relish, practice manager at the Carmel Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons has been working with the team at Einstein Industries since July of 2010. As a new client on board, the Indianapolis breast augmentation practice is working on redeveloping a brand new CMS website with search engine optimization (SEO), blog, social media and photo gallery. Throughout the past few months, one Einstein employee, Shawn Warner has impressed her with his knowledge, professionalism and customer service that she felt it was important to write a personal letter to the Director of Project Management on her positive experiences. Below is the letter from Daniel to Ms. Mationg:
Dear Ms Mationg:
It is rare for me to write an unsolicited letter of praise for a job well done. As a matter of fact, this is the first time I have felt compelled to do so. However, there are certain people who deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service.
I am the practice manager at Carmel Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons and I have had the pleasure of working with our Einstein project manager, Shawn Warner, for the last month. I have found him to be an invaluable asset as we look to improve our website.
I appreciate the large fund of knowledge he possesses and I am impressed by his incredible ability to pass that knowledge along to even the most novice of pupils such as myself. I have found him to be highly professional and so utterly enjoyable to communicate with that I look forward to each tutorial.
I thought you should know he has done an exemplary job thus far and I look forward to working with him and Einstein in the months to come.
