Robert Silkey
CEO

START YEAR: 1995

Long before the internet became so central to our lives, Robert foresaw an increased demand for elective healthcare and the role that the web would play in this change. He responded in 1993 by developing services that would give dentists, physicians, and lawyers a more competitive online marketing strategy. As the founder and CEO of Einstein Industries, Robert has continued to adapt to the ever-changing internet marketing landscape and guide the company in developing new products and technologies that connect consumers with the best healthcare and legal professionals.

For fun, Robert enjoys fishing for pike in the boundary waters of Minnesota.

Ted Ricasa
President

START YEAR: 1998

Ted began in sales at Einstein Industries and worked to develop the marketing department and keyword buying strategies across all the major search engines. He pioneered the SEO strategy for Einstein in addition to developing company operations and financial systems. In his role as president of Einstein Industries, he continues to help the company grow with the evolving industry to meet the marketing needs of clients across North America while fostering a healthy company culture.

In his free time, Ted enjoys hiking, backpacking, and adventure travel.

Mike Hawkins
VP of Product Development

START YEAR: 2003

Mike has encouraged collaboration across multiple departments to develop our flagship product, Premium SEO Content. This is just one example of how he advances our products. In the 2000s, Mike played a key role in integrating video into our websites. In the 2010s, he saw the need to create our proprietary Lucid CMS, which enables us to maintain contemporary designs and strong technological foundations for our websites.

For fun, Mike enjoys cross-country motorcycle rides. He is also an accomplished bass player and musician.

Sam Peterson
VP of Operations

START YEAR: 2009

Sam started as a software engineer at Einstein Industries. He helped to set core business processes, project management, and tasking in order to scale the company’s content development while maintaining its high quality. Sam also helped to develop a vision and strategy to connect Einstein’s data in a way that resulted in better products, a clearer path toward growth, and streamlined communication between teams.

Sam enjoys time on the oceans, is active in competitive sailboat racing, and loves spending time with his wife and two children.

Michael Hurley
VP of Sales & Marketing

START YEAR: 2008

Michael renewed Einstein’s focus on clients by encouraging collaboration between our client success and sales teams; this helped us create a superior client support system. He has also overseen the successful rollout of multiple products that have a great impact on search engine rankings, and thereby, our client’s return on investment. He is proud to have evolved as a student, teacher, and executive in a fast-paced development environment.

Michael's ideal day includes paddling out with family and friends at the bay, fresh raw fish from Bluewater in Ocean Beach, capped off by a glass of bourbon and cigar.

Dennis Gerasimenko
VP of Information Technology

START YEAR: 1999

For more than two decades, Dennis has been committed to taking his skills to the next level. He has worked in web design, and then took on the role of Webmaster, Programmer, System Administrator, and AWS Cloud Engineer. Dennis’ knowledge and commitment to the field made him a natural choice when he became Information Technology Director, before joining the executive team as VP of Information Technology.

For fun, Dennis enjoys playing tennis. He also likes cooking for himself, family, and friends.

Krizia Hill
VP General Manager

START YEAR: 2015

Krizia’s greatest accomplishment at Einstein is her growth. She came in as an entry-level Local SEO Admin Assistant; during the next seven years, she earned several leadership positions before joining the executive team. This was a goal she didn't think would be realistic until she had been with the company for at least 10 years. Krizia is a prime example of how hard work and dedication are core values that are recognized and rewarded.

In her free time, Krizia enjoys baking gourmet layered cakes, cooking big meals for friends and family, and doing industry research.

Some of Emily’s accomplishments at Einstein include achieving the role of Senior Editor and Content Team Manager. She has been integral in expanding and training our content team to help produce our flagship Premium Page product with quick turnaround times. Emily is proud to work with a talented team of writers and editors that can produce high-quality, user-focused copy that ranks on Google and converts customers in some of the most competitive markets and verticals.

For fun, Emily likes to read, go to the beach, run, and do yoga.
