Apple Mail
You can configure your Apple Mail to synchronize with Einstein Medical mail system using the instructions below:
Step 1. Start Apple Mail application and select “Add Account...” from “File” menu. If this account is the first account you are trying to configure, go to Step 2.
Step 2. On this screen, enter your full name (in “Full Name” field), your email address (in “Email Address” field), your password (in “Password” field), and click “Continue”.
Step 3. On this screen, select “IMAP” from “Account Type” menu and then...
Step 4. Enter a nickname for your new account (i.e. “My Mail”, in “Description” field), as well as IMAP server address (in “Incoming Mail Server” field), your email address (in “User Name” field), your password (in “Password” field) and click “Continue”.
Step 5. On this screen, enter SMTP server address (in “Outgoing Mail Server” field), check “Use Authentication” checkbox, enter your email address (in “User Name” field), your password (in “Password” field), and click “Continue”.
Step 6. On this screen, you will see summary of your email account preferences. Check “Take account online” checkbox and click “Create” to complete your new email account configuration.
