When we first decided to add video to our website, we wanted to make sure that we did it right. I had seen many video productions on websites that I thought were poorly done, either not interesting or doctors obviously reading from scripts. With Einstein, they flew a very professional crew to New York and helped all of our staff to feel comfortable and speak freely. I still thought that I had done an average job at best, but the finished product far exceeded my expectations. To this day, I get compliments and praise about our video website. Patients love it.
